# Description [[The Mother Raven]]'s personal henchmen. A group of warlocks sent to the Material Plane to ensure the fate of those who would seek to cheat death through undeath and imitations of immortality. Almost all Sentinels were once warlocks who excelled at using their powers at a much faster rate than normal. Upon their death, they are granted an audience with The Mother Raven should she choose to employ them. Upon accepting her deal, they are trained as Hexblades and granted the powers of magical weapons of her creation. The face of a Sentinel is constantly shifting in appearance, cycling through varying races and genders of the creatures that have met their fate at the Sentinel's hand. Consequentially, when a Sentinel Raven speaks, its voice effortlessly climbs in pitch and tone to accompany each changing face, resulting in an eerily beautiful rasp. ![[Sentinel_Raven.jpg]]
