After The Shattering, contact was lost with the Thalnoran territory and no [[Aetherways]] leading to Blackmarsh have been discovered—at least none that have been shared publicly. Its two largest cities is are its capitol— [[Qal'Borden]]—and the city of [[Tawney]]. Blackmarsh took its name from the locale within [[Old Thalnor]]. # Trial by Ordeal Many important disputes are settled within Blackmarsh through trial by ordeal, wherein the accused must venture into The Mist Hollows and retrieve a damsel bell. # The Mist Hollows The Mist Hollows are deep valleys perpetually shrouded in fog, home to mysterious creatures and rumored settlements.
