On Gasper's Eve, the community gathers and distributes tokens to every townsperson. That night, whenever someone is able to legitimately surprise/scare someone, they get one of their tokens. There are festivities throughout the night like food, dance, and music. Gasper's Eve culminates at sunrise when prizes are awarded to those with the most tokens and to those with great stories from the previous night.
